Bedroom Refurb, Lincolnshire
From a sketch drawn by the client, these wardrobes with floating shelf were made from MDF, structural timber, and some pine mouldings, finished in an oil-based eggshell. They incorporate a pair of cubby holes with plug sockets; motion-sensor switches on the shelf under-side for the wall lights; shaker-style doors; and hanging rails and shelving inside.
The feature wallpaper is Farrow & Ball “Bumble Bee”, with Farrow & Ball “Elephant’s Breath” on the remaining woodwork. Dulux White vinyl matt emulsion on the walls & ceiling. The ceiling downlights used are white fire-rated mains voltage fittings, fitted with “Megaman” LED lamps in warm white.
